      A transplant from Tempe, Pho Cao still serves up a might-fine bowl of Pho. I like mine plain with egg, but I’ve tried them all and each is special. The Spring rolls are to DIE for! Plus…great music late at night, with a huge variety…and that’s rare in South Scottsdale. If you think there’s no nightlife, you haven’t been to Pho Cao!
